Bending Technology

Bending

Hydraulic presses and CNC press brake technology for precise bending processes in metal forming.

Process

Bending as a precise downstream step in metal forming

Bending, especially the bending of deep-drawn, pressed and stamped parts, is also one of our core capabilities and directly complements our forming processes within production.

Depending on the part and the requirement, our presses are equipped with special bending tools, or the bending operation is carried out directly in a downstream process step, for example immediately after stamping or punching.

By using hydraulic press technology, this area offers highly flexible possibilities for different geometries, batch sizes and material requirements.

Direct process chain Bending as a downstream step

Bending operations can directly follow upstream stamping or punching processes.

Further Processing

Bending processes for precise shaping without thermal stress

Our CNC-controlled press brake specifically rounds out our metal forming portfolio. It enables the further processing of stamped and laser-cut parts with high repeatability and a clean, controlled process sequence.

  • Very even distribution of force input during the bending process
  • Safe and controllable process flow in production
  • No thermal influence on the material during forming
Press Brake Technology

CNC-controlled bending for stamped and laser-cut parts

With our CNC-controlled press brake, we can form parts precisely and combine stamping, laser cutting and forming into one economical process chain. This reduces interfaces and keeps downstream processes easier to plan.

The advantages of this technology lie in precise force distribution, a stable process flow and material-friendly processing without thermal influence. This is particularly relevant when parts are intended for direct further processing or assembly.

Ideal for parts that need to be bent accurately after stamping or laser cutting and further processed without additional thermal influence.

If you need bent parts or combined downstream processes from a single source, we support you from process planning through series production.
