In the field of flame cutting, we operate two CNC-controlled plasma cutting robots. This allows us to combine high speed with precise machining and economical process costs.

The robots work with a repeat accuracy of ± 0.1 mm and are especially useful when flame-cutting operations need to be integrated cleanly and repeatably into existing production workflows.

This makes it possible to tailor machining steps precisely to components that have already been formed or otherwise pre-processed.

Precise cutting of holes and connections in deep-drawn heads

Our plasma cutting robots are mainly used to cut holes for welding fittings and connections in already deep-drawn heads. This makes it possible to adapt the machining directly to the existing part geometry.
